Weed ID please

These have popped up in the ends of some of my spud rows.

The rows effected are right by the gateway which is odd ??

None mid row.

Thorn apple? related to deadly nightshade-poisonous

This is Daturna stramonium. Jimson Weed or thornapple. It is the same solanacae family as nightshade and potatoes. Highly poisonous to stock.

No herbicide options in potatoes, so it's a hand removal job.

Its odd, theres only a few plants on the ends right by the gate. I walked/sprayed the other 33 acres and not seen another similar plant.

I whip these out asap...

It spreads about on machinery I used to think. Often find an odd plant around gateways etc. Highly poisonous as above.
