Weight identification

Anyone want to hazard a guess at what these are off? There an orange colour and there is 15 if that helps.

No handles? How heavy are they?

No handles. Looks more like steel plate than the usual cast. There a good inch thick. Would say they must be 20-25kg

Can’t see how they ended up here then, must have had them for 30 years, just assumed they were off a classic tractor, Belarus was mentioned although we have never had one of those

Colour looks right to be foreign, I have an idea there was a bit of harvesting?equipment that had those wafer weights.

Again, not sure that there has been anything that could fit that description here. Only ever had hay making equipment. Also I can think they would have been purchased for any reason second hand.
