110-90 that was beast 6 cylinder .It used to bark!
I just mean in comparison to the prices we recieve for our produce its diabolical really. Pretty much in the same way that @bravheart has said aboveI have a quote for a new T 7040 autocommand £100,000. If you are looking for a 100 hp 7840 equivalent i’m pretty sure £50-60,000 will get you one maybe a bit less if you don’t want too many bells. People are always on about how expensive new tractors are compared with old days but look for a 60 hp 2 wd compare it to a 60 hp tractor 40 years ago in an inflation calculator and you’ll find not much difference. However everyone wants a 300 hp Fendt. In UK tractors are priced to what people will pay.

find a low hour 6930 with the right spec £57000 last one we looked atLate John Deere 7530. Any gearbox. Strong, reliable, looks and sounds awesome and anyone can just jump on and drive it. Plus many will be experiencing negative depreciation. Late 6930 also. John Deere’s finest hour in a lifetime of quality.
An r series can be had same spec stillfind a low hour 6930 with the right spec £57000 last one we looked at
should of had the 12 plate last year 1800 hrs all extras fitted but made over 60
what tractors are are there now with a box like quad box and manual spools cab front suspension , nothing to beat 30 series
As if by magic, the back page Will Evans column in the Farmers Weekly eulogises about the mighty Massey 135.
Thinking man's Fendt! I hope that your right and my three Arion 430's cruise past 10,000 hours and then command a premium trade in.It’s far easier to put down worst tractor. Best tractor is far more difficult. I’d go for our Claas Arion 630 cebis. It’s the thinking mans Fendt. However our Claas Axos’s are brilliant. Historically it would be Ford 4000s
The timing won't have worked. Pure coincidence. The “Twitterarti” don’t lower themselves to reading dross on TFF surely ???
Going back a few years the one that transformed what we did was the Massey 2645 , in its day an absolute beast and reliable !
After that Green took the MFs place and the JD 6900 and 6910 were a joy to drive.
These days if its not a Fendt 930 I'm not a happy bunny , currently having to drive some NH thing and have to say it's an absolute pile of dung !!
Just ask yourself how many large scale Arable units have one of those NH blue things in the yard ? Feckin things are for stockmen not dedicated crop growers .... I can only compare it to a DB 1690 I had once and never again to be repeated !You wanna borrow my TFF-approved stab vest and rage against the New Holland fan club a bit harder? Should I make a meme?

Been in the dealers or had the fitters out 5 times in the last 4 months, auto steer on Centerpoint is junk and the dealer hasn't a clue , I could go on but I won't ... its a Fri afternoon job to put it politely!!!What’s the problem with it? Is there a Daniel O Donnell CD stuck in it or something?
@ollys farm is a wise man then! He's just bought a 6930.find a low hour 6930 with the right spec £57000 last one we looked at

Yes.And are you happy with those prices?
A family friend, farmer and M P now sadly departed used to rate prices against fat lambs and how he could buy a new tractor for the price of 130 lambs. He was up in arms when the numbers rose to around 200 lambs.
Try putting some of the telephone number prices for tractors quoted against the price of fat lambs now and you will see how far down our farm gate prices have slipped.
