What’s the equivalent Case

Simple answer is there isnt 1. A vestrum is cvx and a luxxum is a zf backend with a 4 speed powershift with 4 robotised range changes whereas the nh t5120ec is just basicly a sle tranny. The case luxxum would be my choice as id rather have the zf backend than 1 that new holland designed

Is the old sle transmission not virtually bomb proof? I seem to recall that they weren’t that refined but were pretty reliable.

Na they gave plenty o trouble way syncros and dumbbell gears. If treated kindly and doin jobs where its not being changed under full engine load it does ok but if driven unsympatheticly itl need money spent on it after a while
