...the egg or the no-egg egg?

3% but the main ingredient, how does that work then ?

The main ingredient is Pea Protein. But, just so we're clear, the full ingredient list is:

Pea Protein (3%), Thickener (Methyl Cellulose), Gelling Agent (Gellan Gum), Firming Agent (Calcium Lactate), Nutritional Yeast (Dried Inactive Yeast, Vitamin B12), Flavouring, Acidity Regulator (Potassium Bitartrate),Black Salt, Acid (Lactic Acid), Colour (Beta Carotene), Vitamins (D & B12), Stabilisers (Guar Gum, Cellulose Gum), Dextrose. No artificial colours. No artificial flavours.

And people wonder why they are unhealthy. Wat ever happen to proper food. My dad made it to 91 years old. He ate eggs bread cream full fat milk meat with fat on it Every vegetable mum could grow and he was 68 before he needed to see a dr. he was as strong as an ox at 60. Drove a combine at 89 for days on end. You’d never catch him eating sh!t junk food. Father in law is the opposite. Pizza burgers hot dogs and any processed crap he can consume. He’s 70 and hasn’t worked for ten years because he’s always sick. I’m feckEd if I’d eat it Or even offer it to anyone.

Chap we rented some ground off was like your dad, raw egg when he got up, jersey cream in his tea lots of meat etc etc was strong as an ox as you say, had a dodgy knee after serving in ww2 and being sunk three times, butapartfrom that was fine
had some back pain at 86 first time he had been to the doc in decades, went to the chemist together some tablets, sat down in the chair to wait and his heart stopped, they thought he had nodded off, what a way to go.

Like my Granddad - worked all his life as a farm worker and on his own land part time plus veg garden and two allotments ate loads of meat eggs and always full cream milk. Went to the doctor first time in his life at about 70 - they had closed his records presuming he had died!
