Next time, borrow and use an old lipstick to leave the messge - I'm told it is much more 'weatherproof' than paper and ink.
Indeed, however, if we kept confiscating the boats and returning the passengers weekly someone would "fall out" of the supply chain.
If "they" succeed more will try it. If they fail folk give up.

Just use a grease gun and a couple cartridges will take them a day to clean it off the windscreenNext time, borrow and use an old lipstick to leave the messge - I'm told it is much more 'weatherproof' than paper and ink.
