Take a look at the LG Smart TV range at Currys in Berwick.
If you find one you like, look up the price of it on the Currys website on your phone, and ask the manager to match it ?

20 years ago anything bigger than a 32" was £1000+. Now you can buy a 49" 'smart tv' for buttons.

They are much cheapness now , I couldn’t believe how cheap they are compared with just a few years ago.

It's always been 5 year Warranty with Richer Sounds although I think the last one O bought is 6 year. Cheap Tv's over 5 or 6 years that way.

Have had a couple of Samsung’s UE-series 55-inch tellies since 2012. I think the “smart” hardware is starting to show its age now as they're definitely not as snappy as original.

The cost of large format panels has definitely come down in price as 1080p is now really commodity.

4K is the becoming the mainstream and 8K will be the new standard issue before long. It’s too bad there is not more 4K and 8K source material, as this is incredible in the really large format panels.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
