Found this sheep kinda lying by herself, was alright yesterday, crunching her teeth, facing dog up and kinda blinky and in a trance you would think. Jagged her but no interest in cake, probably dead tomorrow.

We use this to help resurrect 'twin-lamb' ewes, but have just been told it's being discontinued by Norbrook and there is no direct replacement. Have you guys n girls got any ideas? cheersthefarmingforum.co.uk

I’m just quoting my vet who is very very good, told me 400 for cattle so give 40 for sheep. Give 80ml of no 6 usually. Also give proplyne glycol and metacam usually works. If it doesn’t work it gets dexametheson (sp), label says 200ml to 400ml for cattle.

calciject sub cut over ribs in a few different sites is what i do warmed in my in my inside pocket on the way out
just to be aware of od / comparing like for like thats all.
spotting a problem early enough is the clever bitsimilar - 80ml, two sides over ribs, usually drawn into syringe and chucked on windscreen heater, which heats it very quick. Failing that IV in the neck. Meta cam when you give calcium makes a big difference.
