Its not bad. It even has the Polestar optimisation upgrade which, if truth be told, is a waste of money, but there you go. Can't win them all. Only consolation is that I'm soon to get a free Polestar upgrade which gives a 20 second power boost when needed, to temporarily up the power to around 260hp and over 500Nm torque. This will make it more worth the several hundred I paid for it.
A little story about the Polestar.
The salesman who 'sold' it to me is currently, as I type, in Sweden having the prize for selling the most Polestar upgrades in the UK. However, they had a 14 trial promotion of the upgrade where they would remove it at no charge if I wasn't satisfied. Up until the very last day I had decided not to bother as it was not, in my view, worth some £600 [on promotion] or thereabouts. Then on that last day Rolls Royce launched the Cullinan and it was all over all the news and internet. What caught my eye was that they had an optional headlining that they would build with any star constellation of the buyers choice, starting at £30,000 EXTRA and upwards. This was the straw that broke my back and I thought "fudge it! Why the hell am I cogitating about whether £600 is 'worth it' or not when people must be willing to spend what my whole car cost on bloody stars in the headlining?" So I kept it and have a little blue badge on its arse, worth all of £3, to show for it.
Got the blue badge on the back of the wife's car. Wouldn't want to be without it. Stormer of a vehicle with it.
