Which £3k farm vehicle?

Right then I currently run a small car-derived van which is OK, but I could do with more space and being able to tow 2t+. Also some more ground clearance and off road ability would be helpful.

Budget is £3k. I kind of fancy a pickup of some type, but I suspect finding a decent one at that price would be difficult.

I'm not bothered about age or toys, but I value reliability above almost everything else.

Would like it to be diesel as we have a white diesel tank for other stuff and it's handy.

I would like to stick with something which is designed to carry stuff I.e. a van or similar but am open minded.

What do we think? Cheers. 👍

I have a Freelander 2. It has been problem free since I bought it 4yrs ago, it now has £160,000. It tows v well and is capable off road (especially if you put decent tyres on it). The boot isn't huge but if you aren't going to be using the back seat you could fold those down for more space. There are plenty of them around second hand and most have had an easy, suburban life.
