£15 a straw but with the 10 free it made it £10 a strawHave used jet no calves born yet though. Had some nice calves from jester as well. Just ordered some hamlet so time will tell. Was jet a good price?

Even with his terrible feet/locomotion and lack of milk?I thought vantastic was hard because of his daughter width not the double muscling , he had wide daughters and granddaughters that give easier calving , wouldn't be avoiding him in the herd mix
What you doing in hereAnyone had any jet calves yet? Been pleased with ours so far.

I've got a very strong Jackpot heifer that I'll get a picture of. Someone told me that one of the big pedigree herds was disappointed in their growth so maybe pick your biggest cows.Anyone used Netherhall Jackpot and Mereside Lorenzo from Cogent? Got some in the tank, cows starting to come bulling

Looks as though the Jackpot calves might be wide and on the large side. Lorenzo might be OK on cows for the calves' growth rates.Anyone used Netherhall Jackpot and Mereside Lorenzo from Cogent? Got some in the tank, cows starting to come bulling

Is there any difference between a black limousine and a red one? Or is it just coat colour? I did notice some are polled.
The black ones don’t tend to have as much shape as red ones. There are polled lines in both colours. Red polled bulls include Karlos,Tigris and Howlett
Yeah loads calf no bother and plenty shape.Anyone used tomschoice lexicon from Semex?
