Yes it seems that I have a problem with my PTO on my Claas. It makes a bad noice from the gearbox when im in 1000 PTO speed. The sound is continusly both under load and with no load. High ore low speed. Stille there!
The version that I have offers both 540/750/1000 rpm. Theres only this whining tone from the gearbox when im in 1000. The gearbox is the Gima one. I belive its the same as on the MF Dyna 4???
My best guess is a bad bearing but why is it only in 1000 rpm then? The bearings are all running at the same time no matter what gear im in. I will try to upload at drawing of how the gearbox is put together.
Im not sure if its a GPA 30 ore a GPA 40. The pic. below is of the GPA 40 with the 750 option as mine are having
Anybody who has some exsperience with this problem. The plan is to open it up here by the end off the week. I just would like to know if somebody has an idear of what to look for ore what to be awear of??
