Deluge this morning at 4am then been on and off all day here, still spitting now, have 17mm in the gauge.

4mm yesterday and so far 6mm today and still raining. Nice and steady so hopefully will get everything going, Though did stop me drilling!!
Just about the only rain in April, except for some snow on the 12th.

At least it laid the dust and the tractor didn’t get covered today. There’s always been some moisture underneath crops, just isn’t warm enough .

The winter crops all look ok. More worried about spring linseed and quinoa seedlings which have emerged and are sitting in dust.
