2 mm. Enough to help dissolve the fertiliser that has been sat on the surface for the last 10 days. Spring crop seed sat in the dry has not been reached yet. :(
Same here. Most has germinated but a few still waiting for a decent rain. Fingers crossed for a bit more today. The 2mm last night has dried up already.

One farm had 6 mm
Home had 0.5 mm
What's needed here now for decent growth is a steady 50mm over the next couple of weeks..

Two of the 14-day forecasts which I tend to follow have more than that, two substantially less, and two almost nothing.

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

edit - Medax Max and Terpal orders both put on on hold pro tem. - the most difficult decisions of the year just got a bit more tricky.

There will be dust again here soon with this drying wind! :rolleyes:
Can't moan too much as we have had enough to do some good for the moment.

Considering the zero rain in 6 weeks i cannot believe how well the direct driled crops are coming and holding on (way better than last year and we had more rain at 15mm in late april) and looks more showery next week
