What exactly is Putins plan after he has leveled ukraine?
In the short term, he'll install a puppet government & rig some elections to make it look like the people wanted him to come, probably fire a few of his generals for their recent performance. I'm certain that his original plan was to divide NATO preparatory to reclaiming other former Soviet states, but that's not looking like a good idea at the moment.

Ousted president Victor yanikovich has been touted to take over. Assuming they will subdue the population with brute force

Nope.
The truth is....There is a line in the sand.
We won't cross it, despite The EU probing, and therefore for survival, neither will Vlad.
So he sends agents around the world to murder individuals, kills any opposition to his leadership, invades countries at will, fires at tower block housing and tells us that we will suffer consequences never seen in history if we interfere, and you think he has limits!!!!

They will stop russian tanks in the short term, but they will lead to deaths of many more Ukranians in the longer term. The more Western weapons we supply the more lethal force he'll order his generals to use. I'd rather we loaded the planes with medical supplies and necessities etc this week, as that's what there running out of.
With or without weapons, Putins 160,000 will have to kill 1,000,000 before Ukraine fighters cease!
