What personal freedoms are you missing ?Err no, although I like to be thorough and talk things through with qualified scientists and statisticians when attempts are made to curtail what I took to be my right to personal freedom.

I said "attempts", didn't mention missing any. What personal freedoms are you missing ?
I said "attempts", didn't mention missing any.
I have ignored all restrictions as restricting your own activity when you are not ill is bonkers.
When I had the virus I restricted my own movements as I always do when ill.
The post was all about infections, it said infections were equivalent to what the NHS could expect to face from all kinds of respiratory disease in the middle of a bad winter, to which I replied that it couldn't be right as someone said it was seasonal and would die out in summer. There are few if any deaths from respiratory virus in the summer in the UK, that's how we have measured the impact of this in the past .
There are few, if any deaths from respiratory virus now, that will continue, same as last year, same as every year.

Nobody mentioned deaths so I don't know why you brought them up.
You would agree that current levels of infection are much lower than in January? The post was all about infections, it said infections were equivalent to what the NHS could expect to face from all kinds of respiratory disease in the middle of a bad winter, to which I replied that it couldn't be right as someone said it was seasonal and would die out in summer.

I would, and hopefully the vaccines will stop them getting to that level again as the summer doesn't look as if it would. You would agree that current levels of infection are much lower than in January?
Like it did last year you mean? With no jabsI would, and hopefully the vaccines will stop them getting to that level again as the summer doesn't look as if it would.
If people stop wearing them then they will stop saying they are mandatory.
The majority like them though?
Yep, a lot of folk I see inside their own vehicle alone driving but still wearing that mask. Comfort blanket I call them. Here to stay methinks - shamed by ones 'personal social responsibility' will be the mantra.
Some like them, some like the fact that they are mandatory, many wear them "to do their bit" in exchange for the money/life changes they have receivedThe majority like them though?

Some fear the law or herd disapproval for not wearing
Good plan, the chairman would be proud of youI am going to get the oxy acetylene out and cut off my wrought iron fencing - for the war effort - to do my bit
