Does anyone have experience cutting linseed with a Claas Comander 228 or similar? It’s a seed crop so can’t be desiccated and it’s leaning a bit in places. Only 15ha to cut. Will it wrap around the cylinders or do I ask neighbour to cut it? Thanks

cut it on the sunniest hottest day between 3 and 5 pm

if it is standing cut as high as possible above the ground

i had problems in when we had laid bit and no sun where we had to cut on the deck
the standing bits were a lot easier

have a camera on the back of the combine so you can see when the straw stops coming out the back

i also believe a combine with a bit of age where all the in side has had the rough edges smoothed out especially the m6 bolt heads

Will you help clear snow?
