YeaSo am I right in thinking the trailer is app 45ft long?
Plus the drawbar….Plus the tractor?
immaterial really unless your claiming that trailer only weighs 3.3t with its double axle dolly its still over weight
15TWhat do you reckon the trailer and dolly weigh with nothing loaded?
No. That would include the weight of a lorry tractor weight (less the axles and chassis of the dolly).
at a guess id say 1.5 for dolly and 6t for trailerWhat do you reckon the trailer and dolly weigh with nothing loaded?
ulw of my drag is 16060kg artic is 15500kg standard flat trailerThat is interesting. I've never sat and thought about how heavy a HGV type rig would be empty and minus the actual tractor unit.
I misread it I though it said what would that tractor and trailer weigh emptyNo. That would include the weight of a lorry tractor weight (less the axles and chassis of the dolly).
A full load would be able to gross 44 tonnes, less 15 tonnes tare, giving a load weight of 29 tonnes.
(Which is what an ABT Tipper trailer can take, with includes the weight of the bulk body and tipping gear)
So, I’d reckon the weight of the cab, drive train, front axle and fuel etc would be pushing 4 tonnes.
Therefore that trailer and dolly might weight 9 -11 tonnes.
6060 kg surely?ulw of my drag is 16060kg artic is 15500kg standard flat trailer
So total length is 65ft or 70ft
stop calling me Shirley6060 kg surely?

I have you now that's wag and dragoutfit's weights both figures
Farm near by had a lift up mower drop down into oncoming traffic, bloke in a car it hit lost an arm !..it would appear that this "new to me" tractor has spool valves that do not "hold" oil..
Can you block the cilinder so it cant move, seems dangerous to only rely on spoolvalvesFarm near by had a lift up mower drop down into oncoming traffic, bloke in a car it hit lost an arm !
