I've got one, quite happy with it, wouldn't think it's any more thirsty than others, 850hrs on it now and just recently had a pretty expensive fuel pump, other than that and 2 steps which were replaced under warranty it hasn't put a foot wrong
Had one for 6 months, no issues and we are growing to like it tbh. Had a couple of 700 before and was looking for something smaller and cheaper to run but it uses almost as much fuel as the 700 although now it's well run in is quieter and smoother.
I’ve had one for 5 years. The plastic footwells need replacing periodically as they break. Had the ECU replaced as the bike wouldn’t idle, one of the connectors had corroded away. Generally very easy to use and own.
One here, nice bike, done very little so far, appears much easier on fuel than the 24 year old 400cc kodiak it replaced. Which didn't get much in those 24 years.
