South Pembrokeshire Sat 10am......Grey/Cold/Light rain, Been raining here since 6am on Friday morning, albeit mostly light rain/drizzle. Forecast was for cloudy/dry 7am on..............Usual 'accuracy' then...............

Already over half an inch and cold east wind around 7'C.
Supposed to rain all night.
The old saying of "Rain from the East, 24 hours at least" looks to be accurate tonight!!

Fields up for silage are hardly moving, we can't finish planting because one field remains too wet. Not got as many cattle out as usual.

Perhaps it will get warmer this week but it needs to be drier as well - which isn't forecasted for at least another ten days.

It was this cold and wet last year took another 3 weeks to get warm
