Mate has had his for ages now, filled in and ready to go back I believe.Same here , anyone had paper forms?
We had trouble logging on and were told to change password and it then worked. We have had to change password several times but now it is ok.cant get online atm need to reset password computer has been down all week rpa computer not mine Easter OPENING hours for helpline closed from Thursday to Tuesday you couldn't make it up if you tried asked about paper forms yes she said but they will take 14 days
Looked at this years maps as its raining.
2 roadside verges now down as land parcels of permanent pasture. Maybe we'll go back to tethering the cattle on them.
A watercourse and its sloping banks now defined as an extremely long and thin arable land parcel. Watercress????
A bit fenced off in the corner of a grass field as a sheep pen redefined as separate arable land parcel.
Some field areas now bigger than we or the "ministry man" have ever measured them on the ground or with mapping magic or with the sprayer.
Why, when and how did this happen? First I have heard of it.
Wasn't it a bit unwise to make changes unilaterally without any consultation with landowners?
This on top of last years application being deemed non compliant for reasons unknown.
Difficult to know where to start as RPA seem completely incommunicado and unable to provide any evidence of why last years claim was non compliant.
I'll probably just bang this years application in ignoring the spurious land parcels. We don't have the entitlements to cover them anyway.
They write the rules. "Legal" doesn't come into it (unless they breach the EU regulations governing the scheme).I can't see how it's legal for the rpa to change historical land details off your own application for bps with out them first writing to the farmer involved and telling them what they are about to do. If it's incorrect the farmer can then correctly tell them the details as shown on iacs form for clarification.
From memory go on your businesses then on land and should come up with list of your fieldsfinally got my application up and running please can someone remind me how I get my fields up so I can change the cropping as I cant figure it out sorry if I am being stupid
Been trying to do it for days, changed all field data, generated report then tried to download but just comes back as blank page, tried several times but no luck. Help line couldn't help us put us through to their technicians but they couldn't come back with answer either looks like it's going to have to be paper for us.
Not that simple I'm afraid been talking to their IT dept for days running out of ideas then suggested I submitted just to try and kick start it into working, as I could change at a later date. Half way through looking at efa's lost the web page, when I got it back all our hedges and half the fields had disappeared!!!, but seem to do the trick, as now after about the hundredth attempt have finally got it to download. Now just got to start to check it not got a lot of confidence!! Mentally shattered been working on this for days.hi ,if by chance you have different National grid nos for different field parcels, then go to field view and click on national grid box and it will bring up the other field parcels rather than blank.
if it helps you are not alone, I dont find doing it online a simple process and not being as computer literate as some find im constantly checking whereas if I was using a pen and an instruction booklet and able to see everything would be a a lot easier, the significance of making a mistake could have serious effects to any business , It would take a lot of pressure of if along with the declaration you could state your intention was to claim for x ha and have used your best endeavours to ensure you have done it right , we are not criminals and should not be made to feel so it should be possible to correct any unintentional mistake at anytime wether past 15 may or payment time the fine system is wrong and unfair .Not that simple I'm afraid been talking to their IT dept for days running out of ideas then suggested I submitted just to try and kick start it into working, as I could change at a later date.
