This morning on Radio 4 Today programme an interview with Melissa Gates concerning support and access to contraception. To me (and I appreciate it was me and others will have different views) she came over as a sensible lady with simple and sensible views. Interview was in relation to funding from the Gates Foundation Was and her disappointment with the Trump administration and the Catholic Church.

You can vote in municipal elections, and you can be on the conseil municipal until brexit is completed then as a non EU citizen you wont be able to do either, and you will have alot more restrictions re work rights as well,
if anyone is interested

I am not of a mind to do anything yet until David Davis (Brexit Bulldog and master negotiator) gives some very clear indications on the future implications for us.

What with the time of year, and all, I thought this might be something interesting about Becker, not more yawnsville about brexcrap:D
He's right though. The EU can mightily f**k off and die. The UK was not built by pussies and all those who now benefit from their inheritance should remember that. Most of us got what we have got because our country is not some second world back water, but a major world player. It appears that many would like to see us accept our place as a minnow and go quietly into the night. f**k all of them. As a great man once said 'pee up a rope f**kstick'. Bugger off. If we are so unimportant, why does anyone care? We can be discarded and be left alone with our inbred racist bigotry.

Boris needs to grow-up and stop acting like a silly middle-aged teen. Over a year has gone by since the referendum and still no sign of any coherent plan of negotiations with the EU has emerged. The Conservatives need to get their ruddy act together and think about the future of the country rather than themselves for once. They caused this and I expect them to get us out with as little economic damage as possible, but it's not looking good.

what is not looking good

13 months after the vote and a mere 20 months remaining until the two year exit, not a single inch of ground has been covered on the exit path.
Nobody but nobody in either opposition or government has a clue as to what exactly they want to achieve as an exit goal.
The levels of befuddlement, confusion, chaos, lack of detail, lack of vision, lack of direction, etc, etc is absolutely incredible !!!

This whole thing is seriously looking like a bit of devilment conjured up around a fire on waste ground by a bunch of adolescent teenagers, who are high as kites on the stash of low grade cider they have borrowed from the back of a lorry!

Honestly, if the board of directors of a PLC acted with such wreckless abandonment in running the affairs of the company, they would most likely end up facing criminal charges !

All this was there before the brexit vote, these very same people, run our country, all brexit has done is pull away the safety blanket,
