however we have removed the "trade" tag as the tick would also apply to people like Guy Smith who isn't trade but is who he says he is

the tick serves a valuable purpose on Twitter etc - the idea is the same here and only serving to try and protect members against the scammers that use the internet

Trader - ie listed in the TFF directory or a banner add customer and therefore financially supporting the forum or a known high profile farming name like Guy Smith etc
the rest of you could be just about anyone you want to pretend to be for all we know !

anyone could sign up with a username like Monibot, Gove or as a representative as a company they actually had nothing to do with etc and post as if they were them - unless we verified who they were they wouldn't get a tick
we know very little about the vast majority of TFF members as all you need to sign up is a email address and a username that can be anything you choose
