after years of over eating and over drinking, I have started getting my fitness back, so at the moment I am doing 5x 5000 meter row interval training per week on a concept 2.
My intervals are as follows
1000 m 30 sec rest
750m 30 sec rest
500m 30 sec rest
250 m 30 sec rest
250 m 30 sec rest
500m 30 sec rest
750m 30 sec rest
1000m
Started 3 weeks ago and already feel better and actually feel like I miss it on one of my 2 days off. Can now do 5000 meters straight in just over 19 minutes.
Signed up to the rat race next may in Burghley park. Although I hate running except after an odd shaped ball, I reckon the rat race is more exciting,
@Clive maybe we could have a fitness section as I know there are a few on here already posting about their workout and progress.
