If interested, there are some nice articles on the Morley ag foundation website on ten and CCC as autumn and spring pgrs.
Of course, the cynic would say that a teb/CCC mix would be banned on osr......but a metconaxole/ mepiquat mix aka Caryx is fine. Strange how the first is a month X of cheap generics and the latter.......isn't.
Didn’t make much difference to height or yield by the look of things.
View attachment 838582thank you for the advice, I won’t do an autumn growth reg. I might need some bigger dogs soon though.
Thinking of putting some Tebuconazole on for Light leaf spot and to regulate growth. What rate would you use to give the best/max growth regulation? Has anybody used Toprex?
Toprex is good as a PGR but the difenconazole is useless on light leaf spot.
You’d want max rate teb (250g/ha) for PGR effect and that’s only ok for medium thick crops. You’d get good LLS “control” at that rate but if it still looks like it did in your earlier photos you’ll need something stronger and some N rate adjustments too. Caryx and/or Toprex would do that.
