Slight difference to 20 miles & literally across a few fields between premises.

Ps Beares at codes green are 38 miles from TFM

DR
Vincent's are Kuhn & their similar distance from TFM as CFM & Prouse + Alan Snow is Kuhn at chiverton as well .....They were all Kuhn , who knows what next week will bring  ;)

VINCENT tractors are not Kuhn dealers.

TFM don't have the Kuhn baler, wrapper, bale shredder or flail franchise

SNOWS have all of the Kuhn franchise with no exceptions BUT only at Holsworthy & Tolvaddon.

My mistake Vincent's have changed to Kverneland, when did that happen? TFM couldn't sell the full range because they was so close to Vincent's .
I'm still dealing with Snows at chiverton but know that's due to change soon.

Wow, that’s some letter ......... I don’t know the local politics but if a dealer has 46% market share it’s not because it’s JD but it’s because it is the dealer and the service they offer.
I have a sneaky feeling that JD will not be the winners in this ....... and rightly so with such behaviour to a longstanding and high performing dealer. I am a committed JD man, all tractors here are JD but I have to say this behaviour does not endear them to me .... it makes me realise that my trade and loyalty is worth absolutely nothing their only concern in life is the next $

The depot in question is slap bang in the middle or his brothers J D franchise area.
Outwith my area and not taking sides here but I’ve said before it’s a shame the brothers can’t pull together because they are a powerful group, perhaps the depot could have been transferred with a certain shaving of the edges and give them both a chance. Put like this Harry had nowhere to go, a 7 outlet dealer to the north, a 6 outlet dealer to the south and apparently TREES to the west!

Had a contractor in the yard this morning and he’s as fed up with JD as everybody else is. He’s running 20 tractors and 15 of them are JD but saying he won’t be buying off JD again due to a multitude of things including his dealer no longer being JD. Says he’s had enough of the attitude at Langar when problems occur the dealer isn’t allowed to sort.
We were JD years ago but can’t say we’ve missed the brand and it just seems from reading on this forum lots of people have had enough. Maybe things are changing and they will no longer be the main player in the machinery world.

Letter pretty much says whats been said by various people on here over the course of the past few months.

Very badly handled by JD from the outset I’d say.

returned my JD survey today , didn't fill in any of the questions but told them in the comments section that although i have nothing against the two companies we deal with its highly unlikely that we will be spending much money with them .

but we are only small fry so the mothership probably dont give a crap anyway

I just wondering if you have a new jd up their and it’s bust how do you get it fixed ?
Now that’s a question I’ve put to John Deere already we run 7 and 3 under warranty and I have an answer but it’s not one I’m going to share on a public forum at this point in time. But we will seriously be looking at putting them away and changing brands in future.
