My 7530 was on the dyno yesterday. 234 hp with boost off. Nothing seems to be wrong, but not as strong as last time. (295 boost on), maby the last dyno was a bit optimistic. :-(
Can't feel any difference when driving it.
But we couldn't test with boost on as it needs to be connected to service advisor to activate boost when stationary.
260-270 with boost on should be realistic.

Still pretty good tho like you say maybe a over optimistic dyno before? I'll have mine on dyno in the early part of next year seems to be run in nicely now and does feel very lively.....but there's always room for improvement ;)(y)

Today's projects been abit differnt to the 75, getting this running so the old chap can take it on a road run, stripped n cleaned the carb and gave the mag the touch of life tried to start it no joy after some investigation it seems the problem lies with the manifold/vaporiser so that's now scatterd across the bench:facepalm:

Not run for a fair while

Sorry Russ but I spend more time nosing in the background of your photos to see what goodies you've got chucked on the shelf/floor, or what things I can wind you up about than what im supposed to be looking at!!

Look tidy .............
And you obviously have a spark on all cylinders and fresh petrol?

Yes and yes! There is a crack in the fuel/air pipe that goes through the vaporiser so am assuming that's why it won't run (the fuel/air mix must be leaking into the vaporiser instead of been pulled up into the motor)

Don't know how I'm going to fix it yet it might test even my bodging skills!

I don't see the point in turning things up, the manufacturer put many hrs in development for reliability, if it's ment to be that hp it stays that hp. Why not buy a bigger tractor,,
