The leader bills himself as a leader that will clean up the corruption , he didn’t unfortunately .
And civil war getting in the way . The thinking behind the max of 100 acres was an attempt to prevent what happened in much of eastern Europe at the dissolution of the Collective farms.But there must have been more than one worker per 100 ha? So who decided how much each worker got?
