It’s the posts of “Iv got a ewe with 1 quarter working will she be okay too lamb again next year?” Posts Yano from the people with 4 sheep who have names for them all and cuddle them every morning and your response of “bullet best thing for her “ that stuff is goldenI do like to make an impact...
We discussed this once- buy one ex wedding/event hire, run it into the ground..I lambed sheep in a marqee many years ago.
Hired for 4 weeks.
Hi, need to get three quotes for a lambing polytunnel, only small say 40' long, any suggestions of firms to ask would be appreciated. Thanks.
I'll sell you a 42ft x 20ft frame for £500+ vat I hate the bloomin thing
We've got a sheephouse from Premier polytunnels. Bought exclusively on price at the time as were counting the pennies.Cool, will pm.
Would still appreciate a couple of recommendations for new, need to present 3 options for due diligence, thanks.
Nice and tall!!Thank you for the recommendations. Ended up going budget, we will see how many seasons to lasts for but at £1180 worth a punt.

Ideal for lambing, plenty light and very airy , go for a single span not multi span particulary if you’re in an area that has a lot of snow , get it professionally covered. Ours coped ok with 60mph gusts but do creak a bit , just go away for the day if it’s very windy, just try and get a shelterd siteI need extra space at lambing time. Thinking of going down the polytunnel route rather than steel frame. Any advice? Thanks
100% - ours (we have 2 150ft) are in a pretty exposed location. They tend to snake and it freaks me out! Withstood 75mph but I worry every time winds are forecast. That is the biggest downside for me.just go away for the day if it’s very windy
Plenty of staff!Thank you for the recommendations. Ended up going budget, we will see how many seasons to lasts for but at £1180 worth a punt.
