I got a 8 year old 6140m from them last year and it was in mint condition. Not had any problems with it at all.
They won't give much on price though.
They told me because of their location they don't sell many 6155r's because other dealers have loads of them and not many people are willing to go all the way to Scarborough to see one.
They tend to specialise in very good quality machinery so you probably won't be disappointed when you go to see whatever you are looking for.

Have bought a sprayer & couple tractors off them. That value items I went to Scarborough in each case. As described and in fine order. Professional to deal with and no issues.

Have had afew smaller items over the phone.

Do what they say on the tin. Martin is definitely a straight talking no messing Yorkshire man!

Irrespective of who the trader is, GO AND SEE THE ITEM with 'a friend what knows stuff' if its afew thousand £££- there is NO excuse for stupidity.

Bought a muck spreader off them over the phone few years back with no issues at all. Would happily buy from them again. I’ve enquired about other items but they’d already sold them, seem to have quite a quick turnaround on kit. There kits usually straight and at the right money so if they have something you want don’t wait to long to contact them otherwise it will probably be gone.

I went to buy an item of machinery from them and based on my experience I can’t recommend them unfortunately.

The problem I had was the salesman couldn’t be bothered, maybe my fault for arranging to view on a friday.

I will add I have only heard good things about them and the machine in question was clean and tidy, in fact every item in their yard was but I won’t consider trying to buy anything from them again.

I have bought several machines over the years from all over the country and if a salesman can’t be bothered with me then I’m afraid I can’t be bothered to give them my money

Same experience but twice. First time was a 5k trailer. Pointed in general direction and told to help myself. Fair enough I thought.
2nd time got same response. He knew I was coming and at what time but was a 23k piece of kit so bit of money involved this time. Wanted a tractor putting on it so rang him up. Told me to find someone, there will be someone around somewhere.
Same fellow both times but I think he’s gone now.
