Erm,no idea. few year back I got onto who I got it off and they said Trimble had basically abandoned the 500 and would be no more updates.
@colhonkI don’t work for Trimble so I can’t do that.
Here’s a download link for the EZ-Guide 250 and 500 software:

Install at your own risk...it worked fine for me.
Language files are optional.
English language is included in the main software file (.img) by default.
My 500 did the same yesterday, I reset it and it had no coverage, I switched of the volume control ( think it was under application controls in menu)on Trimble and it worked againMessing on with my 500 tother day,it sort of froze, could only get some menu up, Pressed Restore factory settings, now my remote start stop switch for coverage will not work. What have I done, can I undo it? or am I fookied.
Default setting for coverage in Trimble ezguide 500 is manual so if using remote switch you need to set it in system setup I thinkMy 500 did the same yesterday, I reset it and it had no coverage, I switched of the volume control ( think it was under application controls in menu)on Trimble and it worked again

Anyone in the North West had trouble with a ez guide 250? Mine is reading speed but wont show any coverage so don't know if it is broken or whether it is the upgrade needed. Either way I am desperate to find a solution as I have a full tank of pre em in the sprayer and three of the most awkward fields in Cheshire to spray it on. If I need to reboot the software is there anyone in the NW I could take it too as it would be beyond my computer skills?
