You are correct it should not, but at least it is 1 thing that the AHDB are doing that is proactive, IMO.
Have you looked at the article? The article talks about dairy and red meat, with a picture of what most people would recognise as pint bottle of cows milk. I think if you start talking about 'cows' milk then you are giving in to the other types of liquid that proport to be a milk. Milk is milk and that is all you need to say, and it is linked to dairy in the article.He's not specific as to what milk though

Yes but the point is that this is a quality that Cows' milk has so surely it has to make that point - like it does.
I put sheep colostrum in my coffee once... I will NOT be doing that again
