Good for you. Much of rural NW Essex is still (just) a lovely part of the World. I'm guessing the move may not be totally sheep related ?

Shropshire is pointy heads and extra fingers. I'm not au fait with Essex but I'm lead to believe the ladies carry an aroma of fish fingersessex or shropshire
