Good for you. Much of rural NW Essex is still (just) a lovely part of the World. I'm guessing the move may not be totally sheep related ?

Shropshire is pointy heads and extra fingers. I'm not au fait with Essex but I'm lead to believe the ladies carry an aroma of fish fingers

Pretty much entirely sheep related, although with some cows thrown in
