Going to be laying a strip of concrete need to put a channel down one side (100ft) for water to run down into drains,done this before by scoping concrete out and floating the bottom of the channel with piece of pipe! Is there a easier way? Thanks

Mate of mine was asking were he can get the springs from for spring bolts on gates? His building a sheep handling pen so they are normally a smaller diameter bolt than a normal gate,any suggestions welcome!
