Blimey they are worn. That machine must have done some work in its life. I do some work for a veg grower and they have jones bedformers with the same roller. They do thousands of acres and not seen one worn down as far as that.

Photo of the worn roller? Welderloon above and anyone else my self included can advise or give pointers I’m sure. But yes a roll of hard face wire or hard facing stick electrodes if you have a stick welder too. Both very capable.
