I’m Replacing an ancient Amazon spreader and have decided I’m getting a Krm. Not spreading much and would go for basic L series, but looking around there are a lot of 10year old M2w. Got me thinking that having weigh cells would be great to know he actual weight applied as doing small fields...

    McConnell PA34 ram problem

My trusty power arm that’s been on the farm for 30+ years has a problem with the head angle ram extending past half way. It extends normally for the first half of travel then stops/slows right down for the rest of the way as if there is something binding on the head but retracts like normal...

One of my less attractive features is that I have sweaty feet. Its wellie time of year again and my feet come out damp. Removing insole every day helps but anybody got a tip on how to dry them out that doesn’t involve cooking them by a radiator or wood burner. TIA

    Dogs and UTV canopies

Going to have another dog and two won’t fit in my petrol ranger cab so need a canopy because of the road work I do. I’m worried that it’s going to be very noisy from the engine booming under the canopy and a lot of rattling from the canopy door. My dog really doesn’t like noisy environments...

Clover too young to graze lambs?

Got offered this today. Not grazed young clover this time of year. Hardly any grass. Would be worried in the summer. Lambs are on red clover at the moment but much older stuff with some grass in it. Thoughts appreciated.

Anyone using a Rappa Raceweigh yet

Got one ordered on the scheme. Does the design mean they stand naturally central. The sides and rear gate aren’t on the platform so any touching of the sides would transfer weight off or is this in reality not a problem. Been trying to make my own squeeze clamp weigher that fits in the...
