Please can anyone share their experience of grass staggers with me? I have just lost my 6th animal (cattle) in the last few weeks. The youngest was only 6 months old and the oldest around 10 years. Some with a calf at foot, others not. My vet has indicated grass staggers yet both a blood test...

A picture thread of AgOpenGPS (AOG) installations and in field work, to hopefully encourage others as to what's possible.
I know on TFF we have AOG users who are steering as manual lightbar, foam wheel motor, 3D printed cogs, 'Baraki' hydraulic valve, OEM hydraulic valves and over CanBus!

Not sure if we have a Bee thread, please move if so. We sell a bit of honey every year so I suppose it counts as livestock! My latest strategy to get more honey is to stop the bloody martins from perching in literally droves on the telegraph wires, sailing about and chowing through my bees as...
What can I say , I’ve probably ruined the shite lambing thread , with my rambling on about what to do etc so inspired by @Aspiring Peasants I thought yes that’s a good idea , a thread to share your aches and pains, your trials and hopefully your wins.

We have a ewe (daughters hand reared pet, so don’t suggest culling!) which has had a little foot problem for months.
She holds it up when standing, but isn’t lame at any time.
It started months ago with a small hole in the soft, bottom pad of her foot. There was no infection or...
We have moved in to an old pig farm and the previous owners had made these clever crates out of ply wood with sliding hatches for piglets. They are reinforced with metal corners and edges, have a hole for a heatlamp in the top and are open at the bottom. Sorry it is hard to describe them but...
