Liquid back to granular fertiliser?
I’m thinking of making the move back to spreading fertiliser instead of using liquid. Anybody done it and regretted it? We can’t put on liquid P & K so have to use a contractor and as we are 36m spread pattern is hit and miss. We’ve had scorch last year and this year with this year in... -

Granulated Lime
Always had ground limestone spread before. Anyone used granulated lime? What are the pro's and cons? I guess it is a more expensive product but surely there is a gain in being able to spread yourself when you want and ease of handling.- DairyNerd

Fert spinners for dummies
I know nothing about them having been all liquid fert forever. However, I'm now looking at a bit pile of urea bags. I do have a spreader, but it's very old, and partially doesn't work (won't register a speed reading so can't use the box). Anyway, a new one is probably out of the question, but... -

Applying Lime
I have a 12.5 acre field that has an average ph5. And a problem with reeds as the field gets very wet. I have been advised to apply lime to up the ph level and wonder how much per acre. TIA- Vizslaman

Sulphur blends , anyone else find it totally different to look at this time.

New to Urea
We have purchased prilled Urea for next spring and have the option to have sulphur added to it before it’s batched and delivered.
