Ye we got ours sorted tried mini fuse board for quick cure but it didn’t so cab off and steering sensor In the orbital not had chance to try it yet but the dealer tried it and seems to think it cured
Northern Farmer thanks for the diagram... where did you get that from? Love to know how your mechanic got to it from the back. I was told 18.1.2A was the steering sensor and 18.1.3A was the steering valve??
Can I ask how old the tractor was when you were having issues, had the steering valve replaced 5 weeks since after 18.1.3A error code came up and the tractor did 4 hours drilling before 18.1.2A came up, now been told that the cab will have to come off to change the sensor, really getting fed up with it now, tractor is 4 years old next monthFendt VarioGuide steering unit parts in the attached parts figure. No part there that I would call a sensor. The actual pre-control unit is expensive and difficult to swap on a 700 series Fendt. The cabin is supposed to be lifted up but our service man did it from the rear somehow. Still a lot of work, worth about 1000 € but the factory paid the valve on good will.
