It's what I call "no command", don't know what New Holland call it. No clutchless shifts, a dry clutch and if I want to go up or down a gear I need a range changeCan't get the right speed?

I've only driven one 3 stick, an early 375. Long time ago but I remember something about there not being much room between the gear stick and the dash in certain gearsThe 3 stick 12speeds were excellent,12x12 and 18 speed were crap,never bought another Massey after my 12x12 experience.
