Starting to green up already. If Mr weatherman is right then 3rd cut should jump away pretty quickly

How come silage ground is growing so much more? Al are grass has slow down this week. We’re fairly desperate now if I’m honest. Growth is very slow on the grazing ground. Silage ground is absolutely storming in comparison

its notNot a clue I can find out. It’s the contractor who sent it to me. It helps when it comes to billing and what fields were done as it tends to get forgotten by the time I see a bill

My theory is it’s down to more average ground cover holding moisture keeping the grass motoring.I’m not sure some Is on other farms so understandable with different soils and weather but even home the silage ground see to perform better. It’s all on a 4/5 year rotation
What is it you don't like?Plastic conditioner isn't worth a sh1t.

1st cut finished after doing it in 2 halves due to staggered grass growth.
If not hurting let it bulk up might be glad of it if it doesn't rain much unless you are getting the rainWould you cut when it's kinda dry and put it in same day or cut when it's dry, let it get the risk of rain tonight and put in tomorrow? Or wait.... and don't say, cut it last week
