£15/hr otherwise it's not worth being self employed.

How old are you? Have you been at home long? Personally I would want to be a profit share partner, other wise I would walk away unless you were paid properly

I’m selling my cows and going travelling for a few months now. I’m not paid related to profit in anyway just an hourly rate

That sound like a great idea. All the cows or do you just a few of your own.
