My 6920s is after throwing a tls level sensor warning. Was on the road with a tank of slurry when buzzer sounded and level sensor defective came up on dash.

I have to switch off and on tractor to clear but always comes back after a few mins driving.
I assume it is a faulty sensor as the fault indicates, but just wondering if anything else could throw this error?
Error code 324068.13 SFA
Signal voltage too low during down movement

Did you take out battery try to access sensor?
Looks like radiator would have to come out to do this?
Or did you mage to get it out without removing anything?

Now Then..
The TLS sensor can replaced without disturbing the radiator and/or battery tray. It may be more difficult if you have front links/PTO..

No pto or links, just weight block.
If I removed weight block only, would this help access? I am not exactly sure were sensor is as its hard to see around the tls setup.
Anyone have a diagram, it would help me if im working blind.

tractortech, do you think cleaning sensor would work or do you think a new sensor is needed?

There's nothing to clean, it's a sealed unit with a well sealed electrical connector.
Take a look at 'JDParts, any diagrams you like, parts, numbers and more..

The Tech manual suggests that calibration is carried out after replacing any electronic component, I always do. However, there'll be may who claim calibration is unnecessary.
A new sensor will have slightly different values. During calibration, the tractor looks at fully down and fully up. It then calculates the correct mid position.
