I never said this before but 2017 I very nearly took my own life my work that year was horrible and my personal life was In meltdown I drove to a bridge near the a55 and very nearly jumped over a barrier onto the road below, I wasn't in a great place that day, I come home sobbing to my parents that's how mental health can affect people

Things are better but time in 2017 wasn't great telling my mum what I nearly did upset her a bit but these days I'm on very good terms with my parents

2017 after difficult week at work I be in the pub Holywell,it wasn't good for me I actually stopped going pubs in Holywell 2018 but a lot of people don't know that,

Not been my experience.

I have found members very helpful and supportive on several personal subjects over the years both via the open forum and direct messaging.
