Local estate has one Andy, had it for a couple of years, bought specifically for DD but used for ploughed & cultivated also, seem to get on O.K with it
Had one 5 or 6 years now. Mainly used on ploughed or min tilled, both pressed, autumn seed beds. Occasionally used straight into wheat stubble which was fine. Two of those years we hardly used it because the rear tyre roller/press got too clagged . Tried both types of scraper but with a little straw our clay soil builds up and uses a lot of power and the whole thing seems too heavy by that point any way.
Great in 'normal' autumn drilling conditions when easy to pull and fast. Coulters are well staggered for trash flow. The inline with the coulter front discs helps cut through straw/trash to keep it flowing. Like the narrow 12mm points(wearing well) combined with 166mm rows.
