Snap, Skyfall will be first or SB but dont expect to get going until Aug here although some WB in the area is going off but wont be cut for a good 3-4 weeks weather depending.

Same here, but July 10th's really not very early hereabouts, and it's certainly a couple of weeks later than last year.

So, still expecting yields on the cereals (WB,WO,WW) to be up by about 50% or so on what they were in 2018.

We used to say ...check the barley and if you think it's ripe then go on holiday for 10 days . When you come back it might be ripe .

Those were so very much happier days, Hfd Cattle . . . when the standard 4-course rotation hereabouts was claimed to be barley, barley, barley, Bermuda.

I'd say we are going to be dessicating around 8th July looking at it today. Some big fat barleys now but while flowering was early the chem is keeping it green. Unsprayed corners very yellow now. Quite a few small late tillers is annoying .

Now it's heads are down you can see how short it has ended up. Looks under 90cm easily.
