I know someone who has a bank of Crittal bins converted into offices, which he lets.
Oooh ace . Would you mind sending me a link via pm of where they are so I can nip and look?I know someone who has a bank of Crittal bins converted into offices, which he lets.
Bound to be able to remove Crittal panels and replace with steel frame supports as you go 9000ft of flat floor sounds decent, but I do watch the thread with interest, another way to do it if you are into the conversion idea is ,,,,,build a new modern design build wooden frame insulation built in etc then use the crittal panels you have removed from your now 9000ft shed to clad the outside of the new build in a different locationThis started as a "if I get shut of those bins then I'll have a nice spacious shed". On second look, the bins keep the shed roof up!
So if I can't have a 9000ft flat floored shed, may as well see if I can turn them into something useful.
Ace, so I could put critall windows in my critall silo house. How cool.
As said, take out those bracing diagonals, then not a lot left, doubt it would pass building regs,Roof.
I have seen critall windows on some Grand designs projects on TV, they did look far more expensive than UPVC, but I thought they looked great. If only money were no object.still going, jolly expensive though, just quoted for some windows!
I carted corn into them on my harvest season back in 2000. The inside looks a lot more enticing now then it did then!! @MattchBruern, Milton Under Wychwood Office - £1,400 pcm (£323 pw)
