Are you happy with your bank?

Their customer service is terrible. For example I don’t want to go into the branch to pay in cheques, and the telephone services ask you to give all your details then cut you off. So as a high risk person shielding how do find out how to pay in cheques? So I have a dozen cheques I can’t pay in without putting somebody at risk. The bank is open from 10 till 2 so there is always a big queue. They were crap before the lockdown too. I would move banks tomorrow but I need to know which one to go to.

Lloyds apparently allow cheque depositing for business via their app which is more than some do.

Just put it in an envelope to your local branch, fao the manager/ a named contact and with your account details? That’s what I do, albeit with a pay in slip.
