Atv Tyres

Currently travelling atleast 3 miles a day on tarmac with the quad but alot more during lambing. Current tyres are kenda executioner which have done 12,000 mile and are getting to the point of changing which i am fairly happy with but was wondering if anybody had an experience with the maxxis bighorn? Only because we dont really need a tyre as aggressive as the kenda. Thanks

Maxis will give you a smoother , quieter ride but tbf, if you have had 12k miles out of your kenda why change. My current maxis tyres are shot through at 6k . Only have them because they were on the bike when I got it. Bike getting changed shortly so hoping for Kenda tyres this time

I’ve heard that bikes with executioner tyres aren’t covered by warranty. Deemed too aggressive, not enough give and striping splines/cogs in the gearbox.
Hill guys about here only put them on an old bike. New bikes get kenda bearclaws or BKT wings. I’ve got bearclaws on the back and wings on the front of my bike just now. Fronts do 11-12 months, backs do twice that and I’m doing 12-15 miles a day on tar at lambing

Never heard of them voiding warranty before although we have never had any issues fitting those tyres and bikes do roughly 15,000 miles in warranty period. Must be good bikes. Do like the look of the bearclaw though
